Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the hiring company’s representatives, which may include HR personnel, IT managers, or technical team members.

Technical Assessments: Administering technical assessments or coding tests to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in specific programming languages, frameworks, or IT domains. 

Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Assisting the hiring company in evaluating candidates based on their technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and other relevant factors. This may involve presenting candidates’ profiles, conducting reference checks, and providing recommendations.

Offer Management: Negotiating job offers and employment terms with selected candidates on behalf of the hiring company. Ensuring a smooth transition from the candidate’s current employment to the new position.

On-boarding Support: Assisting with the on-boarding process, including verifying documentation, facilitating necessary background checks, and helping candidates integrate into their new roles and teams.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships. Providing ongoing support, such as market insights, industry trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

Market Research and Consultation: Keeping abreast of IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, emerging technologies, and skill demands. Providing consultation to clients regarding effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition practices.
